These air fryer Brussels sprouts come out crispy on the outside and tender inside. Finished with a touch of balsamic vinegar, they get that perfect balance of savory and slightly sweet. An easy side dish that goes with pretty much anything.

Ingredients needed for Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

What you'll need

Simple ingredients, big flavor:
  • Brussels sprouts: 200 g, trimmed and halved
  • Olive oil: ½ tablespoon
  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: ½ teaspoon
  • Black pepper: ½ teaspoon, ground
  • Balsamic vinegar: 1-2 teaspoons, for finishing

How to make it

Crispy first, then finish with flavor:
  1. Start by washing and trimming the Brussels sprouts, then cut them in half.
  2. Place them in a bowl and add olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well so everything is evenly coated.
  4. Transfer to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook at 180ºC for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. For extra crispiness, optionally cook 2 more minutes at 190ºC.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and immediately drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  8. Toss quickly and serve while hot.
