Ingredients needed for Apple Turnovers

What you will need to make Apple Turnovers

Here is everything you will need:
  • Apples: Our main character in the pastry.
  • Cinnamon and sugar/stevia: I used stevia to make it less caloric, but you can use whatever you have at home.
  • Store-bought puff pastry: I bought mine at Lidl but choose your favorite brand.
  • Lemon: The secret ingredient to make the sauce juicy and not too sweet.
  • Milk: Used to give that golden and crispy color to the pastry. You can use either milk or eggs.
