  • Vanilla whey protein: 30 g
  • Skyr natural: 300 g
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Chia seeds: 30 g
  • Skyr natural or Greek yogurt: 100 g
  • Milk: 50 ml
  • Honey: 2 teaspoons
  • Strawberries: 150 g

How to make it

Layering creates the perfect creamy texture:
  1. Add 300 g of skyr, milk, honey, strawberries, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the chia seeds.
  4. Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours, or overnight if possible, until thickened into a chia pudding.
  5. In another bowl, mix the remaining skyr or Greek yogurt with the vanilla whey protein until smooth and creamy.
  6. Once the chia pudding is ready, assemble the parfaits in two glasses or bowls.
  7. Start with one layer of strawberry chia pudding, then add one layer of the vanilla protein skyr mixture.
  8. Repeat the layers one more time.
  9. Serve chilled.
