What you'll need

Simple and protein-packed:
  • Whey protein (vanilla): 1 scoop, about 30g
  • Greek yogurt: 200 g
  • Strawberry gelatine: 1 pack
  • Water: 700 ml (500 ml hot + 200 ml cold)
  • Strawberries (optional): Fresh, for extra flavor and texture

How to make it

Mix, chill, and you're done:
  1. Start by mixing the whey protein with the Greek yogurt until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, dissolve the strawberry gelatine in 500 ml of hot water, stirring well.
  3. Add 200 ml of cold water to the gelatine mixture and stir.
  4. Combine the gelatine mixture with the yogurt and protein mix, stirring until fully smooth.
  5. Optionally, add chopped strawberries for extra texture and freshness.
  6. Pour into a bowl or individual cups.
  7. Place in the fridge for a few hours until fully set.
  8. For a firmer texture, reduce the amount of cold water slightly.
