Ingredients needed for Ninja Creami Vanilla Protein Ice Cream

What you'll need

A few simple ingredients create a creamy protein-packed dessert:
  • Milk: 200 ml
  • Almond milk: 200 ml
  • Xanthan gum: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Stevia: 20 g
  • Protein powder: 1 scoop
  • Vanilla extract: 4 ml
  • Salt: 1 pinch

How to make it

The perfect creamy vanilla base for your Ninja Creami:
  1. Add the milk, almond milk, xanthan gum, stevia, protein powder, vanilla extract, and salt to a Ninja Creami pint container.
  2. Blend everything using an immersion blender until completely smooth.
  3. Freeze for at least 12 hours, preferably 24 hours.
  4. Before spinning, run the outside of the container under water for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  5. Place the pint into the Ninja Creami and run it on Lite Ice Cream mode.
  6. Use a knife to scrape down the sides if needed.
  7. If the texture comes out crumbly, respin until smooth and creamy.
  8. If desired, create a hole in the center and add any mix-ins you like, then run the Extras or Mix-In setting.
  9. Otherwise, enjoy it as a creamy vanilla protein ice cream.
