This Ninja Creami Piña Colada protein ice cream combines sweet pineapple with creamy coconut milk for a refreshing tropical-inspired dessert. Packed with protein while still tasting indulgent, it's perfect for hot days or whenever you want something fruity and creamy. Optional coconut flakes add extra texture and flavor.

Ingredients needed for Ninja Creami Piña Colada Protein Ice Cream

What you'll need

Simple tropical ingredients create this creamy dessert:
  • Vanilla whey protein: 1 scoop
  • Xanthan gum: 0.25 teaspoon
  • Light canned coconut milk (Better for less calories): 200 ml
  • Stevia: 20 g
  • Salt: 1 pinch
  • Canned pineapple: 150 g
  • Canned pineapple juice: 50 ml
  • Coconut flakes: Optional, for topping or mix-ins

How to make it

The Ninja Creami creates a smooth tropical ice cream texture:
  1. Add all the ingredients except the coconut flakes to a Ninja Creami pint container.
  2. Blend everything using an immersion blender until completely smooth.
  3. Freeze for at least 12 hours, preferably 24 hours.
  4. Place the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami and run it on Lite Ice Cream mode.
  5. If necessary, respin until the texture becomes smooth and creamy.
  6. You can simply top the ice cream with coconut flakes before serving.
  7. Alternatively, scrape the sides with a knife, create a hole in the middle, add the coconut flakes, and run the Extras or Mix-In setting.
