What you'll need

Simple ingredients create a creamy protein-packed dessert:
  • Milk: 200 ml
  • Almond milk: 200 ml
  • Xanthan gum: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Stevia: 20 g
  • Protein powder: 1 scoop
  • Vanilla extract: 4 ml
  • Salt: 1 pinch
  • Oreos: 3 cookies

How to make it

The Ninja Creami creates the perfect creamy texture:
  1. Add the milk, almond milk, xanthan gum, stevia, protein powder, vanilla extract, and salt to a Ninja Creami pint container.
  2. Blend everything using an immersion blender until completely smooth.
  3. Freeze for at least 12 hours, preferably 24 hours.
  4. Before spinning, run the outside of the container under water for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  5. Place the pint into the Ninja Creami and run it on Lite Ice Cream mode.
  6. If the texture comes out crumbly, respin until smooth and creamy.
  7. Use a knife to scrape down the sides and create a hole in the center.
  8. Break up 2 Oreos and add them into the center.
  9. Run the Extras or Mix-In setting.
  10. Crumble the remaining Oreo on top before serving.
