Crispy wings, no deep fryer needed:
- Start by patting the chicken wings dry with paper towels—this helps them get crispy.
- Lightly spray the wings with olive oil. Don't overdo it, just enough to help the coating stick.
- In a bag or bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Add the wings and shake (or toss) until they're evenly coated.
- Place the wings in the air fryer in a single layer.
- Cook at 180ºC for 15-17 minutes.
- Increase the temperature to 200ºC and cook for another 5 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Serve hot—perfect on their own or with your favorite sauce. My choice is a smoky bbq!
